The XXVI World Congress of Neurology (WCN 2023) took place in Montreal, Canada and online between 15-19 October. At this year’s International Headache Congress, migraine specialists from around the world gathered in Seoul, Republic of Korea (14-17 September), and online, to discuss latest research. More than 7700 delegates registered for this year's European Academy of Neurology Congress (1-4 July), with three quarters attending in person in Budapest, Hungary. This year's annual scientific meeting was held in Austin, Texas (15-18 June 2023), with participants attending in-person and online. This year’s Annual Meeting was held live in Boston, USA, from 22-28 April, with delegates meeting in person and online for presentations on the latest clinical and scientific data including research on anti-CGRP therapies. The 16th European Headache Congress was held in Vienna, Austria, and online, on 7-10 December 2022, with the theme of 'Moving to a Headache-less Future'. On 9-12 June 2022, this year’s congress was held in Denver, Colorado, as both an in-person and as a virtual experience. This year's Annual Meeting was held live in Seattle, USA, from 2-7 April, with delegates meeting in person for presentations on the latest clinical and scientific data including research on anti-CGRP therapies. The World Congress of Neurology 2021, due to be held in Rome, Italy, was held virtually on 3-7 October 2021, with the theme of "Inspired by the Past to build the Future of Neurology". The Joint Congress of the International Headache Society and the European Headache Federation was held online from 8-12 September 2021 with the theme of Headache Science to Optimise Patient Care. More than 11,000 delegates joined this year's Virtual EAN Congress from 19-22 June 2021. This year's congress was held as a virtual meeting on 3-6 June 2021 featuring live-streamed sessions, live Q&A and pre-recorded lectures available on demand. Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 AAN Annual Meeting was held in a fully virtual format from April 17-22. This year's Virtual Symposium was held on 3-9 October 2020 and included live and on-demand lectures, training courses, industry symposia and poster presentations. At this year's virtual meeting, registered participants were able to watch live and pre-recorded sessions, including presentations and discussions. This year's congress was held as a virtual meeting with content available online to registered participants for 12 months.
